The best way of course is to have an Ayuruveda expert examine you, such as my Indian doctor. Unfortunately, doctors of his class are rare now a days, even in India.

So, it turned out that way with you own diagnosis? YOU must know yourself pretty well, because satovic confirmed that last night.
She is busy this week as her doctor is in town and she is translating for him.
Perhaps I will get an appointment one of these days...
but my kapha score is quite close to my pitta...
for sure i'm not a very 'windy' person, but am actually quite balanced between fire and water... fire still wins by a very thin margin though...
what about yourself? did your 'test results' come out the same as what you would have guessed intuitively...? just curious...

I score the same points in all 3, so I am a Vata, Pitta and also a Kapha. Do I fall into the "conflicting personalities" or simply the "weirdo" category? Please help me!
