What a visual sensation, flowerbossa! Modern art is often referred to as 'a view of the temperament'. Wonder what Pallet's temperament was when she painted this? Must have been pretty wonderful, eh?
I always have 'almost' one-sided fondness for Renaissance art (my art influence has been old-school too). After looking at Pallet's oil paintings, I now have a new appreciation of the beauty of modern paintings. I am going to study more about Bonnard and modern artists to further explore their artistic vision. Thanks Pallet and flowerbossa for the inspirations.
I really, really love the colors....
Hi Jaime,
Hmm, pallet's temperament...
I wonder...
Any way, she envies you for being in Toronto, because there are probably a lot of good museums in modern art.
Please share your findings!
Good morning Tiffany,
I will pass your comment on to pallet, I am sure she will be pleased.
Yes, I think pallet's paintings make a pretty lively exhibit!
